Luther College High School
My name is Veronica Exner and I am a grade 12 student at Luther College High School. 95% of the time you can find me at school participating in choir, musical, improv and SRC (Student Representative Council), and sometimes attending class too! I truly feel at home on the stage. I love the pre-show jitters, the bright lights, and the post-performance chaos but most of all I’m grateful that theatre has allowed me to grow as an individual. Incorporating theatre into my everyday life has encouraged me to step out of my comfort zone, go with the flow, and think outside the box. Additionally, the music and theatre community are so welcoming and being a member has led me to so many great friendships and opportunities I would never have gotten otherwise. Overall, I am so happy to have been so involved in my school community because it has allowed me such a wide variety of experiences. I got to travel to BC to learn about the environment, hear some of the most incredible choirs in Banff, sell popcorn at LIT, and perform at regional improv games. I am so thankful for having been a part of this incredible community where I had the support, encouragement, and motivation to continue to grow. I am so excited to move into the next chapter of my life and I can’t wait to see what the future has in store for all of us!
