Campbell Collegiate

Hi! My name is Simon Kilback and I am graduating from Campbell Collegiate this year. Writing about myself is kind of tricky if I’m being honest, I’m not too sure where to start! Most of my life has been spent in, or around the pool. I was a competitive swimmer for eight years, but with everything going on in the world I had decided that I wouldn’t be swimming this year, although I do miss it dearly. However, you can still see me around the pool! For the last three years, I have been working as a lifeguard and swimming lesson instructor for the city of Regina. I enjoy my job and teaching little kids how to swim is super fun and rewarding, and something I take a lot of pride in. I spend a lot of my free time studying, but the amount of work that gets done is usually questionable. Next year I will be attending the University of Regina with the hope being that I can work a lot, and save enough money to transfer to the University of Alberta or the University of British Columbia for my second year. Specifically, biology or biochemistry although sonography and education are still on the table. My plan for the future has already changed far too many times for my liking, and likely will continue to do so. Even if I’m not sure where I’ll end up, I plan on working hard and doing it with a lot of energy!
