Mercy – Archbishop M. C. O’Neill Catholic High School

When people tell you that your four years of high school go by in the blink of an eye, believe them. Throughout my four years at Archbishop M. C. O’Neill Catholic High School, I’ve had the opportunity to build new relationships, sustain old ones and most importantly, get involved. Within the school, I participated in multiple extracurricular activities such as basketball, volleyball, and track. I also had the opportunity to take part in two musical productions as well as choral and vocal jazz. Outside of school I am a very active member of the Anglican Church of the Redeemer. I am in the choir and I am a teacher for the Kids Club. Because of my active participation in the church, faith has become very important to me. I was even the liturgical representative of the Student Representative Council (SRC) at my school. Without my faith, I wouldn’t be who or where I am today.

As a 2017 graduate looking back at all the memories I’ve made, I’m glad I experienced high school to the fullest. As I look towards the future, I’m excited to be going to the University of Regina in the fall to pursue my dream of being a nurse and potentially becoming a Psychiatric Nurse.
