Layne Zimmer

My name is Layne Zimmer, and I have attended Regina Christian School since preschool. Throughout my years at the school I have been a part of a few extra curricular activities as well as volleyball, basketball, and inner city missions.

My passion for basketball started in grade one with RBCA and continued through my elementary club team and other basketball leagues into high school basketball. The encouragement and support from my coaches throughout the years have made a huge impact in mentoring and influencing me into becoming a better version of myself.

With these skills I have learned to appreciate the love and care for people, through volunteering with church, school, and the community it has given me the chance to have meaningful relationships. These strong relationships over the years have affected my life in many ways. Serving in my community has brought great joy and I have learned to cherish the little things in life. I consider myself as an easy-going person and always eager to learn and experience new things.

I am grateful for the friendships, support, lasting memories high school has given me and excited to begin my new chapter of life.
