Jenna – Miller Comprehensive Catholic High School

Hello! My name is Jenna Daly and I am in the twelfth grade at Miller Comprehensive Catholic High School. I have always been a proud Marauder and am grateful to have spent the past four years at Miller.

I am involved with a variety of extra-curricular activities including soccer, SRC, flag football, and Revelation Choir. I also helped to plan and construct a garden project at Miller which later developed into the garden club. Although I have thoroughly enjoyed all of these activities, my true passion lies with horses. I have been training in equestrian riding for the past nine years. I absolutely love being at the barn working with the horses and creating friendships.

Aside from extra-curricular activities, I am also very dedicated to academic success. Over the past three years, I have achieved major honour roll and received eight subject awards for achieving the highest average. I have also challenged AP English, AP Calculus, and AP Psychology.

Giving back to my community and volunteering is very important to me. I am on the Archdiocese of Regina Youth Leadership team which serves all across southern Saskatchewan and I spend time volunteering at Resurrection Parish. I also embarked on a Me to We mission trip this past summer and spent three weeks building a school in rural Kenya.

Although I am sad to leave Miller High School next year, I am thrilled to be starting the next chapter of my life studying at the University of Saskatchewan.
