My name is Frida Eboli-Reyna and I am a Grade 12 student at Thom Collegiate. I have always been known for my countless involvements around the community and school. I am a Class Demonstrator at Dance Plus Regina and study the art of dance there as well. I have been dancing since I was 6 years old and have studied the art of Musical Theatre, Contemporary, Jazz, Hip-Hop, Tap, Ballet, Lyrical and Pointe. I Will continue to do so at the UofR for Arts Education. I play soccer and basketball in my free time. I am even part of a band called the “Albatrosses.” I have excelled at school, by having an 80% or above in all my classes. I have worked at a restaurant and market for about two years now and have gained major responsibilities over my time there. My goal is to become an Art teacher who teaches the art of dance, drama, and musical theater. I want there to be stronger art programs in high schools and be as important as the sports teams. I hope I can be the start of a better art curriculum in high schools throughout Saskatchewan.
