My name is Elizabeth. I am a proud Spartan, graduating from Sheldon-Williams Collegiate this year. Throughout my years at Sheldon, I have been fortunate to experience all aspects of the school. I have been heavily involved in both the arts and the athletics. During all four years, I have been a player on the basketball and volleyball teams, and a member of the choir, band, and vocal jazz ensembles. This year I have joined the chamber choir. I have also participated in three musicals, each being a fantastic experience. Being involved in these groups has allowed me to travel and experience competitions, tournaments, festivals, and clinics. Sheldon-Williams has allowed me to benefit from these activities while being academically successful.
I have had a wonderful high school experience. I have met so many great people who have helped me gain self-confidence and pushed me out of my comfort zone. The groups and teams of which I’ve been a member have given me the opportunity to have a leadership role. Both my family and the teachers at Sheldon have supported me over the past four years. I am very glad that I chose to become so involved at Sheldon because it has made my high school experience one that I will never forget. Once a Spartan, always a Spartan!
