Danielle – Michael A. Riffel Catholic High School

Hello! My name is Danielle and I’m a student at Michael A. Riffel Catholic High School. My high school experience has been one I wouldn’t change for the world. Throughout high school I have been heavily involved with a variety of extra-curricular activities and have simultaneously excelled academically by maintaining Honour Roll at each grade. In addition I have challenged myself by taking AP classes.

This year I’m the Vice President of our school’s Student Representative Council. Last year I was the Communications Director. Being a part of the SRC is definitely something I am very proud of. I am also a self-proclaimed ‘theatre kid’. All four years I have been in the drama productions, That’s Possible (a program that partners mainstream students with students in the FIAP program to put on a musical in May), and of course, my one true love, Improv. The majority of my time at Riffel has been spent in the theatre and I’ve loved every minute of it. I am also in choir, involved in SADD, God Squad and play flag football.

Riffel has been my second home for these past four years and I couldn’t be more proud to say so. From the irreplaceable memories, the growth and changes I’ve undergone in these short years, to the outstanding community and support I’ve come to know, it all stems from my time at Riffel. I know I’ll look back at my time as a Riffel Royal with pride as I move on to the next chapter in my life.
