Campbell has significantly influenced my character, provided lifelong friendships, and given me exceptional learning opportunities. I have played on the Campbell basketball team for all of high school. It was also an honour to represent Saskatchewan at nationals for two years. I have learned valuable leadership skills in Business Club and Campbell’s Student Leadership Council.
Although extracurricular is a significant part of my life, academics have remained my priority. I was fortunate enough to be awarded the opportunity to attend both the Canada-Wide Science Fair and the Australian National Youth Science Forum. Additionally, I have a passion for volunteering which I was able to channel by directing the Yes You Can Theatre program. This program uses theatre as a meaningful way to connect mainstream students and students with disabilities. Yes You Can Theatre prompted me to also volunteer at the Wascana Rehabilitation Centre.
I have an incredibly loving family, but I am also thankful for Campbell’s supportive staff and students who have been my family away from home for the last four years. Although I look forward to an exciting future, I am and always will be a proud Tartan.
