Curtis – F. W. Johnson Collegiate

My name is Curtis Ficor, and I am a senior at F. W. Johnson Collegiate.

I have been involved in music for most of my life. At age two, I received my first musical instrument, a toy according for Christmas. By age 3, I started singing and playing with my dad and uncle at various events. Currently I’m still entertaining and playing, not just the accordion but several instruments, including the banjo, fiddle, button box, guitar, bass guitar, saxophone and trumpet.

I also enjoy sports such as basketball and football. Being a part of these two sports teams at school have been a great part of my high school life. I received the Wildcat Award for never giving up! I strive to de the best I can and have been on the honour roll every year by never givincg up.

My family is also a vital part of my life. I have numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins who I enjoy being around when I’m not busy playing music, studying or playing sports!

After high school, I’m going to attend university. Unfortunately, I am not sure what I want to do yet but I’m keeping my options open!
