Hello! I’m Cassandra, and I am a grade 12 student at Archbishop M.C. O’Neill Catholic High School. I was born in Westlock, Alberta, lived in Peace River for five years and moved to Regina seven years ago. The Titans have become my family, and I am proud to be a part of such an amazing school! Throughout my years I have been as involved as I could. I have been a part of the wrestling team and am a four time city champion. I am also a part of the Student Representative Council as the Social Director. Part of my duties in this role include planning and coordinating our school dances, as well as planning activities for theme days and events run at lunch hours. This year I was also part of the drama production which performed Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, and I sang in our school choir.
In my spare time I wrestle at Cat Town, and I am planning on travelling to New Brunswick for Nationals in April. When I am not wrestling, I coach diving with the Regina Diving Club. Other than diving, I also work as a lifeguard with the City of Regina. With any time I have left over, I enjoy running and baking. Next year, I plan on studying kinesiology or criminology at either the University of Regina or Simon Fraser. I will hopefully continue to wrestle and run in my spare time. I am excited to be challenged academically and to start a new chapter in my life. I look forward to everything I will learn and all the new opportunities. I loved high school and would not trade any of my experiences. “Once a Titan, always a Titan!” I will never forget what this school has given to me, and I hope one day I can pay it forward!
