Ava C.

My name is Ava, and I have grown up going to Harvest City Christian Academy ever since I was little. While some don’t like the small community feel, I have grown to love it and a strong christian community was something my parents and family always emphasized to me. Many of my hobbies and interests have naturally stemmed from that and helped me to create that strong community my family hoped for. These things include volleyball, being involved in my schools SLC, looming newborn hats for the hospital, and also… baking! Especially baking. Around Harvest City I’m known as “Ava Bakes”, always baking for our school tournaments, birthdays, youth group, or  just because! Food is something that brings people together and creating a great treat that people enjoy and being able to connect with them as well, is one of my favourite things in the world. And to bake for this shoot was an amazing opportunity that I am very grateful for. I had the most fun working with Andrea and Erin, and was so glad to be able to share that experience with not only them, but also friends, family, and peers, the community I’m truly thankful to have.
