Campbell Collegiate
I am a Grade 12 student in the French Immersion program at Campbell Collegiate and have been a
proud member of our Student Leadership Council since Grade 10. This year, I am honoured to be one of
two presidents. This has provided an opportunity to attend multiple student leadership conventions and
improved my communication and collaboration skills to best serve the school.
Campbell has provided many different extracurricular activities, such as musical theatre, choir and
cheerleading. This year, I was honoured to land the role of Lonny in the amazing musical, Rock of Ages. I
am also very proud to be a part of Yes You Can Theatre where our Functional Integrated Academic
Program (FIAP) students team up with theatre students put on a musical together. I have travelled to
Alberta and Ontario with our Campbell cheer team and been fortunate to go to Los Angeles with the
Campbell choir where we won the Disney Choir Festival.
I am passionate about my academics. I have been on the honour roll since Grade 9, and I have won
numerous academic awards such as the Dr. Eric Lepp award. This award is given to a student who shows
community involvement, strong academics and leadership skills in school and community.
I have had so many great experiences with Campbell, and I cannot wait to see what the future holds
after graduation. I hope to pursue medical school and become a physician in the future.
